Its open sourced so anyone can contribute to its development and its suitable for everyday tasks, allowing for short development times.

Swift

C

  • A brief history of the language’s development:  Developed by Dennis Ritchie at bell laboratories in 1972. It was made to overcome the problems of previous languages such as B, BCPL, etc.

JavaScript
