OutTV is a streaming service that streams T.V shows, and movies focused directed to the LGBTQIA2 community( I use it to watch Rupauls Drag race). It was developed in September of 2001 and the headquarters are in Vancouver, B.C Canada. OutTV generates revenue by charging customers to have a monthly subscription.
